/// The origin

Built for people like my mom.

This company exists because one independent insurance agent (Raul's mom) was quietly being left behind by the same technology the largest financial institutions were using to grow. We're closing that gap.

01 · The gap I couldn't unsee.

My mom is an independent insurance agent. She's been one my entire adult life. She is very good at what she does; she remembers her clients' kids' names, she returns every call by the end of the day, and she has never, not once, missed a renewal deadline for a family depending on her.

And for over 14 years, I've been watching the technology gap between her and her largest competitors widen faster than any one person could close on their own.

02 · 14+ years at a bank the size of a country.

I've spent over 14 years inside a Fortune 200 consumer finance institution, one of the largest in the United States, building growth systems. I saw, up close, what happens when a Fortune 200 company deploys AI and data science across acquisition, retention, and operations.

The playbook was not a secret. The playbook required infrastructure, engineers, and capital that the independent advisor serving the same customers did not have.

I kept thinking about my mom. She was the last mile of the financial system for her town. She was also the one most exposed to being outcompeted by vendors who had none of her care, and all of the tooling.

03 · Why only this niche.

We serve independent financial advisors and insurance agents. Only. Not attorneys. Not dentists. Not e-commerce stores. And only in the Southeast US and Puerto Rico, bilingually, in English and Spanish.

Because the compliance environment here is specific. Because the buying psychology is specific. Because the operational bottlenecks are specific. Because the bilingual mix of this market is specific; about 1 in 5 households across our region speaks Spanish at home, and most agencies serving advisors only operate in English. A generalist agency cannot ship a system that actually works for you without a thousand hours of tuning that you end up paying for.

We did the thousand hours already. On one industry. In one region. In two languages. On purpose.

04 · What we are actually building.

Growth Vector Digital is an AI-powered growth company. Not a marketing agency with a chatbot bolted on. We build AI systems that do the two things every independent practice needs most: get more clients, and run more efficiently.

Our first client was, and is, my mom. Everything we ship gets pressure-tested against her practice first. If it doesn't work for her, it doesn't ship.

If your practice reminds us of hers, we'd like to talk.

05 / Our beliefs

Six things we believe enough to put on a wall.

01

AI should absorb the admin, not replace the relationship.

The conversation, the trust, the judgment all stay with you. What gets automated is the paper, the scheduling, the chasing.

02

Compliance-aware is the only acceptable default.

Every system ships FINRA-, SEC-, and state-aware. Not because a lawyer told us to. Because we'd rather lose a client than lose theirs.

03

We grow with our clients, not just into them.

A Launch client who becomes a Grow client is the business model working. We don't push the ladder; we build it.

04

Niche is a feature, not a limitation.

Working only in one industry is why our playbooks work. It's how we stay good at what we do.

05

Humans keep the judgment in the loop.

Every ad, post, and automated message is reviewed by a person before it reaches a prospect.

06

We sell outcomes, not hours.

If the system isn't booking calls or closing loops, we fix it. Billable-hour agencies cannot honestly say that.

06 / Who we are

The team, small on purpose.
