We collect information you voluntarily provide when submitting a consultation request: name, email address, phone number, practice type, practice size, state of operation, years in practice, and answers to our qualification questions.

3. How we use your information

Information collected via the consultation form is used solely to evaluate fit and schedule your free 20-Min Leak Check, and to contact you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions are stored in our own customer-relationship system, which we operate and control.

4. AI features (Ask GVD & Brief Generator)

Our site offers optional AI features, the “Ask GVD” assistant and the Brief Generator. When you use them, the text you enter is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response and is handled under Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. Please do not enter confidential client information or sensitive personal or financial details into these tools. We do not use what you type there to build a marketing profile of you.

5. Data retention

Consultation request data is retained for the duration of our engagement evaluation and any subsequent business relationship, or for a maximum of 36 months from collection, whichever is shorter. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site: Vercel (hosting) and Google (Gemini API, which powers our AI features). Consultation form submissions are stored in our own customer-relationship system rather than a third-party CRM. All vendor sub-processors are US-based or operate under appropriate data transfer mechanisms.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@growthvectordigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
